    Aerobic training ( ZONE 2) is a type of exercise that involves maintaining a low to moderate level of exertion for a prolonged period. It's characterized by a specific heart rate zone, usually between 60–70% of your maximum heart rate. Combined with core work which focuses on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles in your core.
